We began making bean-to-bar chocolate as a hobby in 2015, after returning from an inspirational vacation in Hawaii. Eventually, our friends and families began insisting on paying us for all of the free chocolate we were having them taste and enjoy. Fueled with passion, a dream, and some theobromine, Bankston Chocolate was founded in 2017.
We create our chocolate from "scratch" and are committed to using ethically sourced cacao beans. Each region's cacao holds its own unique flavor profile, which you can discover through our single origin chocolate bars. Find your favorite and share it with a friend!.
